For the past several months, I have been creating a morning ritual for myself that has changed the way I live my life. I started out small and have added a bit at a time, until now, I have a solid ritual consisting of five different things I do, (most mornings) which all together, take an hour or less. 

Writing my goals with feeling and emotion

Practicing gratitude

Repeating positive affirmations

Visualizing exactly what I want my life to look like

Upon waking, saying "hello" to the world and "thank you" for another day to make a difference

I also meditate for 10 minutes... bonus to my day!
