It is not the conscious beliefs, but the subconscious beliefs holding you back from the life you desire. It’s not what you eat, but WHY you eat that determines your success with releasing the excess weight. Your mind is about 10% conscious and 90% subconscious, and when your conscious and your subconscious disagree, the subconscious always wins. The fastest and most effective way to change your belief system is to use mindful states such as meditation and hypnosis.

Hypnosis for releasing extra weight worked for me, and that’s why I am so passionate about helping other people with it now. What I appreciate more than anything else with hypnosis for weight release is how it integrates into my everyday life. Techniques I learned for my own healthy eating are just now part of what I do – without even thinking about it. Confidence/Self-Empowerment

Lack of confidence can severely restrict your life. Fear of failure, or a fear of success, change or unfamiliar situations, try to fit in against your own true nature, often means that you find it difficult to be positive about yourself and your abilities. This fear can stop you achieving happiness and success in your home life, social life and career. Self-sabotaging and limiting beliefs cause us to remain in this “hamster wheel” of life and not quite understanding why.

The subconscious mind – our “inner voice” – controls quite a bit about how we feel about ourselves. Our unconscious thoughts can be ardent supporters, telling us to feel good about the way we look and our abilities. Or the subconscious can be a fierce critic, filling our minds with negative, unhealthy thoughts about ourselves.

These thoughts are automatic and deeply embedded in our minds. Low self-esteem is often the result of flaws in our subconscious. Our automatic thoughts aren’t rational. They aren’t based in fact – very often becoming embedded in childhood – and they’re overly critical and unhealthy.

But what if these thoughts could be quieted, or better yet, removed altogether?
What if we could gain control over our inner voice and re-teach it to be more supportive, positive and helpful?

Utilizing hypnotherapy, we can access these unconscious, automatic thoughts, and through the power of suggestion, we can begin to unseat and reframe them.

Stress and feelings of anxiousness can lead to feelings of hopelessness and feeling overwhelmed. Stress makes life harder to cope with, and it exists everywhere. The feeling of being overwhelmed, worrying, and stress.

Hypnosis helps with these issues in two distinct ways – first it helps remove erroneous beliefs contributing to the stress, and second, hypnosis provides appropriate and beneficial tools that individuals can use every day to cope with ongoing stress and anxiety of everyday life.
