Session 1: Block Removal

It is not the conscious beliefs, but the subconscious beliefs holding you back from the life you desire. Your mind is about 10% conscious and 90% subconscious. When your conscious and your subconscious disagree, the subconscious always wins. The fastest and most effective way to change your belief system is to use mindful states such as meditation and hypnosis. Blocks need to be cleared on a subconscious level and the belief system needs to be reprogrammed. 

Session 2: Healthy Food Choices and Habits

We reprogram your subconscious mind for clarity on healthy habits, choices you make about food, and clearing any beliefs you have around your inability to achieve the weight reduction goals you desire. Positive affirmations are also suggested during the session, and highly recommended that you continue to use them every day.

Session 3: Intelligent Relationship With Food

Your relationship with food is an important factor in your daily decision making. We address how you view food, why you eat, and reprogram your subconscious mind to make other choices when faced with triggers, emotional states, and/or behaviors.

Session 4: Boosting Motivation to Exercise

Physical activity plays a huge role in reducing your weight and maintaining your desired weight. We explore ways you can incorporate physical activity into your life, create situations where you enjoy physical activity, and reprogram your subconscious mind to seek out physical activity. 

Session 5: Putting It All Together

We create a scenario where you are living the life you desire, at the size and weight you have achieved, use visualization techniques to further reprogram your subconscious mind.

Lack of confidence can severely restrict your life. Fear of failure, or a fear of success, change or unfamiliar situations, try to fit in against your own true nature, often means that you find it difficult to be positive about yourself and your abilities. This fear can stop you achieving happiness and success in your home life, social life and career.

Session 2: Positive Mindset and Energy

Many of us have negative thought patterns and those patterns block prosperity. If you hear negative thoughts you can bet that there many more in the subconscious. Changing your self talk takes focus while you retrain your mind to be more positive.

Session 3: Building You Up

You most likely find yourself doubting that you’re good enough, feel others are better than you or can’t believe that that other people value you. These negative thoughts and feelings can take over your life and can lead great unhappiness. When they become a normal way of thinking, they can prevent you from leading a normal happy life. I help you work through these negative, limiting beliefs by using post-hypnotic suggestions, positive affirmations, and visualization

Session 4: Constructing Balance

Through positive suggestions, visualization and imagery, we work through constructing balance in four areas of your life: Body, Mind, Heart, and Spirit.

Session 5: Balancing Chakras and Releasing Negativity

There are 7 main energy centers in the body, known as chakras. Each chakra is located throughout our body so that it correlates to specific body ailment and physical dysfunctions; each energy center also houses our mental and emotional strengths. 

When we have a physical issue, it creates weaknesses in our emotional behavior. When we release the stale energy from the body, it can undo any tightness, stiffness, or malfunction of that area.
